曹彦伟研究员带领的异质结构量子材料与先进谱学研究组

曹彦伟研究组致力于为“未来芯片”提供重要材料和物理基础,主要方向为新型异质结构量子材料研究,包括新型量子界面的设计,利用先进物理气相沉积技术(off-axis sputter,laser-MBE)实现异质结的原子级构筑,利用依托同步辐射等大科学装置的先进X-射线谱学技术(XAS/XLD/XMCD,RIXS,IXS等)实现晶格-电荷-轨道-自旋的多自由度表征,进而推动原型量子器件的发展。
