自旋电子学研究组

杨洪新研究员带领的自旋电子学研究组

杨洪新研究组研究兴趣主要集中在自旋电子学,在该领域有几项工作获得国际同行的认可,比如曾和诺贝尔物理学奖得主费尔教授等发展了基于DFT计算界面Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya Interaction (DMI)的方法,首次从第一性原理层面阐明论证了DMI在铁磁金属与重金属界面上Fert-Levy model的微观机制,揭示了其正确物理图象;再比如曾发展了能谱分析、原子层分辨、轨道杂化分辨垂直磁各向异性等分析方法,揭示了铁磁金属与氧化物界面的巨大垂直磁各向异性的起源,阐明其微观机制,并预言了Fe/MgO/Fe磁隧道结可以通过控制界面氧化同时实现TMR和PMA的最大化,解决了下一代存储器应用上的一个关键问题。

已在Nature Materials,Nature Nanotech.,Phys. Rev. Lett.,Nano Letters,Advanced Materials等杂志上发表论文60余篇,在铁磁金属与氧化物界面自旋电子学,5d和3d金属界面的自旋轨道电子学,自旋霍尔效应以及石墨烯自旋电子学等领域都有文章入选ESI高引用论文。Nature, Nature Materials等杂志审稿人。

每年招收2-3名硕士、博士生,博士后,助研,副研及研究员职位若干。
